I was skeptical at first , I looked over the machine looking for the place to insert the key before starting the process. Once it got started I inserted the key and it was a quick and easy process. I’m truly satisfied and even more so with the material.

The service kiosk is fine. I was making copies of three different keys, though, so it would’ve been nice to have had the option to do that in the same transaction instead of having to pay three different times. Other than that, the system is easy to understand and the keys work great!

The device worked, instructions very clear. Wish the product wasn't so expensive - I think I could've gotten a key made by a human cheaper than the $5 + tax I paid for my key at Minute Key (in my local Lowe's). Other than the cost, I was very impressed with the convenience and clear instructions.

Great experience. Through the app, I was able to make copies of my house keys. I like the fact that I can pull up digital copies of my keys and make more with no fuss. The app and the machine were very easy to use and pretty much self-explanatory.
